Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with spacious, comfortable, and clean rooms. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay and delicious meals at the restaurant. However, there were some issues with the quality of food and the dining experience. Overall, a pleasant experience with friendly and welcoming service.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a great view of the car park and village, embodying a typical Premier Inn feel at a reasonable price point. The service was welcoming but slightly slow in clearing tables, and the location was convenient for our visit to Santa Pod. The dining experience was satisfying with well-cooked, traditional meals. However, there were some cleanliness issues in the corridors after housekeeping. Overall, a good value for money stay.
The hotel provided clean and comfortable rooms, although the noise from the road was a drawback. The service was exceptional with polite and friendly staff. The location was convenient, but lacked nearby amenities. The dining experience was mostly fantastic, though the breakfast had room for improvement.
